After noticing a lack of open conversation around ethics and integrity in spiritual and healing work, I felt called to deepen my own commitment to how I show up in this work.

I was honoured to join Danielle Searancke, The Squamish Medium, as she led The Declaration through Spirit School. This was space rooted in reflection, responsibility, and conscious practice. Together, we explored topics such as trust, integrity, and diversity. These meaningful conversations invited deep self-reflection and strengthened the foundations of how I work with energy, clients, and community.

I believe this work is guided by responsibility, respect, and reverence for the sacredness of what we do.

Ethical Practice

This process deepened my devotion to:

  • trust

  • consent

  • humility

  • self-care

  • spiritual sovereignty

The following ethical principles guide how I work with energy, clients, and community.

I am deeply honoured by the trust and vulnerability of those who choose to work with me. I respect the sacred and confidential nature of each person’s experience.

Trust

The more I learn, the more I recognize the vastness and depth of this path. I am committed to continual learning and self-reflection so that my growth is integrated, embodied, and offered with integrity.

Humility

As an empath, I honour the impact this work can have on my body, mind, and spirit. I hold clear boundaries and prioritize the practices and rituals that keep me grounded, balanced, and well, so that I can serve from a place of wholeness.

Self-Care

I respect each person as a sovereign energetic being. Just as I would not enter your home without invitation, I will never connect or engage energetically without your permission.

Spiritual Sovereignty
